The categories of personal data which are processed as regards clients and suppliers are:
1. Identification data
2. Postal or electronic addresses
3. Commercial information
4. Economic and transaction data
5. Specially protected data: health, in the case of employees.
6. Biometric data, if applicable.
All abovementioned data has been obtained by us or directly from you by means of the submission of a commercial offer, contract proposal etc., or through your company by furnishing us with the identification data and other information necessary to undertake the subject matter of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s obligation to furnish updated data in the event of any changes thereto.
The data furnished by data subject is processed in order to manage different activities derivative from specific procedures carried out as regards sales, after-sales service, supplier management, quality of services etc. In this fashion, your data shall be used to undertake any of the following actions:
I. To forward information requested by means of the contact forms available on our website or any other means of contacting our company,
II. To furnish both potential clients as well as our clients with offers of products and services of their interest,

The data provided by our clients and suppliers shall be kept for as long as the business relationship between the parties is maintained, and in event complying with the minimum legal retention periods as per the subject matter.
The data of workers will be kept as long as the employment relationship is maintained and in any case, according to what the labor legislation prescribes for that purpose.
In either event, your personal data shall be safeguarded for the period of time which is reasonably necessary taking into account our needs to address questions which arise or to solve problems, to make improvements, to enable new services and meet the requirements of applicable legislation. This entails that your personal data may be retained for a reasonable period of time including after the cessation of the use of our products or having stopped using this website. Following this period, your personal data shall be deleted from all our systems.

In the event that you do not furnish your personal data, your contract shall not be executed, nor shall you be able to comply with the legal obligations or those derivative from the public authorities.
