What kind of data is in our possession as regards yourself and how it is obtained?

The categories of personal data which are processed as regards clients and suppliers are:

1. Identification data

2. Postal or electronic addresses

3. Commercial information

4. Economic and transaction data

5. Specially protected data: health, in the case of employees.

6. Biometric data, if applicable.

All abovementioned data has been obtained by us or directly from you by means of the submission of a commercial offer, contract proposal etc., or through your company by furnishing us with the identification data and other information necessary to undertake the subject matter of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s obligation to furnish updated data in the event of any changes thereto.

For what purposes are your personal data processed?

The data furnished by data subject is processed in order to manage different activities derivative from specific procedures carried out as regards sales, after-sales service, supplier management, quality of services etc. In this fashion, your data shall be used to undertake any of the following actions:

For how long is your personal data retained?

To whom will your data be assigned to?
